WAX COLLARED CAPE
A Studio sample with its wonderfully deep collar has been handcrafted using British Millerain’s Antique 350gsm waxed cotton in the warm caramel colour of Dune. This cape has been fully lined with the black high-tech climate membrane soft-shell which will give you added protection against the elements. During the cooler months it’ll serve you well on its own, then on those really cold days throw it over your winter down layer.
The waxed cotton fabric has a beautiful handle, like soft kid leather, and as it ages the fabric will take on characterful creases.
I spend a long time making each cape, paying close attention to all the small details, making sure your investment will last you through lifes adventures.
