RIP-STOP DRY WAX COTTON CAPE 120gsm
Made To Order - Handcrafted in my studio in Brighton this lighter weight cape is made using British Millerain’s Rip-Stop Dry Waxed Cotton. Lined with a fleecy high-tech climate soft-shell this cape is perfect for our transitional seasons but can also still serve as a shell garment over your winter down layer for those really chilly days. Snap fastenings around the wrists and front fly allow you some flexibility in how you’d like to wear it. Roll up the cuffs on warmer days or even open it out completely to use as an impromtu picnic blanket.
British Millerain’s rip-stop fabric produces characterful creases which adds to its own unique patina and better yet this cape can be machine washed.
Time is what goes into creating each cape, time paying close attention to all those small details, therefore making sure your investment will last you year after year.
There's a selection of natural earthy colours for you to chose from, pair that with your lining colour and you're ready to order. If you wish to discuss any of the *special shades or have an idea, like the hood being a different colour to the cape, then please do get in touch.
